Pearl's main building
is a restored Marrero Cigar Factory. It houses
our offices, restaurant and great room on the first
floor and opens in the back onto a non-smoking deck
and pool. It’s the heart of the property, the
place where you’ll have breakfast each morning.

The Surf
Building was built in 1950 as the Surf Motel
and spent some time during the 80's and 90's as the
Pines Guesthouse. It opens to our Patio bar and large
pool. |

Rooms and Rates
Pearl’s Key West offers rooms for every
budget, from economical sky view and cozy standard rooms to spacious
suites that sleep up to 4. The Bed & Breakfast Rate includes
a full, cooked-to-order breakfast every day. (Breakfast is also
available a la carte daily.) Different rooms have different features,
and all our rooms offer private bath with shower, queen or king
beds, color TV with cable, telephone, air conditioning, tropical
decor and Bahama fans. Rates vary based on the time of year and
availability, so check our availability calendar to see rates
for your preferred dates.
