ROOM LOCATIONS

The Marrero Building (originally a cigar factory) houses our offices, restaurant and great room on the first floor. It’s the heart of the property, the place where you’ll have breakfast each morning. Cigar suites and rooms, decorated in tropical, plantation style, are on the second floor, and economical skyview rooms are on the third floor. The back of the building opens onto a non-smoking deck and the small pool.

Rooms in the Surf Building are decorated in tropical blues with vintage mid-century bathing beauty prints. It’s the largest building on the property, and opens to the Patio bar out back. You’ll find king suites, poolside rooms, island view rooms, standard and cozy standard rooms in the Surf Building.

The Louisa Cottage is accessed off the palm deck behind the small pool and the East Cottage opens on United Street a few doors down from the the lobby. Both are furnished in a casual, summer style. Most of the rooms in these buildings are standard sized. In the quiet courtyard behind the East Cottage sits "The Love Shack," a charming single-unit cottage right next to one of our two hot tubs.

The West Cottage sits next to the Marrero Building. You’d find our private kitchenette rooms here – along with a standard room and our deluxe poolside suite. If you’re traveling with a pet, we can accommodate both of you in this building.

One of our largest rooms. Spacious, renovated suite with king bedroom, glass-block shower with double showerheads (built for two), separate living room with sofabed, two televisions. Located in the retro Surf building. Sleeps up to five with roll-away.

Newly renovated, comfortably furnished suites adjacent to balconies. Located in the refurbished main building, a cigar factory built in the late 1880's. All with new private baths, living rooms with sofabeds and two televisions. Sleeps up to four.

When calculating rates, please remember there is an additional 11.5% sales and lodging tax.

ALL RATES are in U.S. dollars and are per night for one or two persons. Suites sleep up to four or five persons (depending on the suite) at $20 per day per extra person (up to three). Rates vary based on season and occupancy and are subject to change without notice, and are effective as of December 20, 2007.
A daily full cooked BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED with your stay.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT of 50% required. Balance must be paid upon arrival with cash, travelers' checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. No personal checks will be accepted during stay.
LONG-TERM STAY DISCOUNTS are available when you make your reservation directly with us. Stay 7 to 13 nights and receive a 5% discount off your room rate; 14 to 20 nights, receive a 10% discount; 21 to 27 nights, receive a 15% discount; and 28 nights or more, receive a 20% discount. Cannot be combined with other discounts. Call 800-749-6696 to make your long-term reservation.

MINIMUM STAY: two nights on weekends, more during holidays and special events (inquire). Check-in is after 2:00pm, check-out is before 11:00am.

DEPOSITS refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee only with 15-day cancellation notice. Sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for early departure.

STAY INSURANCE is available for $4.95 per night.  Should your stay be cut short or cancelled within the 15 days of your arrival, your entire deposit will be refunded.

Up to two (2) well-behaved PETS are allowed in some rooms (please inquire) for an extra charge of $15 per pet per night.
