Choosing From The Thousands Of Caribbean Beaches

There are thousands of islands in the Caribbean and all of them have miles of beaches and great opportunities for snorkeling and other adventure sports. That's what makes deciding on Caribbean vacations so tough.

Before embarking on Caribbean vacations, young couples need to read a travel guide to understand the Caribbean culture as well as get an idea of the island that they plan to visit.

One of the must-see islands during Caribbean vacations includes the Little Bay beach in Anguilla. This is one of the best Caribbean beaches. The advantage of it is that it is remote. Young couples need to hire a boat or climb down 66 feet on the fishnet ladder carefully tied to the bluff's top to reach the beaches. But the hard work is definitely worth it on this Caribbean beach. Young couples will be rewarded with 80 yards of talcum sand, walled in by high cliffs on three sides.

Another of the must see Caribbean beaches includes the Curtain Bluff in Antigua. This beach is like none of the other Caribbean beaches. The golden beach is fringed with palms and mangrove wetlands on one side and clear water on the other side.

There are several Caribbean villas that dot these beaches. Young couples should choose to stay in one of these while visiting the islands and its beaches. Most of the Caribbean villas lead directly to the beach.

Women adventure travelers and young couples should definitely pay a visit to Dos Playa in Aruba. This limestone coast is perpetually awash in salty surf. The seas are too rough for swimming but this Caribbean beach is perfect for wind surfing.

The Anegada in British Virgin Islands is another women adventure travel destination. More than 300 ships have crashed into the sharp reefs over the years. However, the huge waves make this destination a popular choice among adventure travelers. The part that is open to young couples is 15 miles of beach.

Another popular Caribbean vacation destination is the La Sagesse in Grenada. This is different from other Caribbean beaches in that it has a nature preserve at the end of a one-mile, rock-studded road.

Most young couples love this Caribbean destination because of its innumerable rustic villas and friendly inns.

Before deciding on a Caribbean vacation destination, lesbian women need to refer to the travel guide to determine if the destination that they chose is accepting of the gay and lesbian community. A lot of Caribbean destinations are just now opening their doors to the gay and lesbian community.
